A Blog About Lifestyle isn’t complete without a recipe.
Recently we came across the following recipe for Roasted Radishes and were totally blown away – these little funny looking things mostly used in salads were totally different tasting once roasted. Instead of spicy, crisp and crunchy, these radishes were sweet, succulent and mellow, vaguely like turnips but with a softer bite. You should try it and tell us what you think. The recipe is very simple.
- Wash, trim and quarter radishes.
- toss radishes in small bowl with olive oil.
- spread on cookie sheet (I line it with foil for easier clean up).
- sprinkle with salt.
- roast at 375 for 20 to 25 minute.
